Arpentus Corporate Finance assisted Rewin Investments in the sale of 50% of its shares in Emoss Mobile Systems B.V. The shares were sold to PCL (Precision Camshafts Limited) India.

Arpentus Corporate Finance has assisted Dancohr Corporation BV in the sale of Bentlon’s business to Gharieni Group.

With its 45-year history in the design and production of treatment couches for the beauty market, Bentlon is a perfect fit for the Gharieni Group. The cooperation advantage created by this acquisition in the field of development and production will be noticeable in the future product offerings of both companies and in further developments of high-quality treatment couches. The Bentlon brand is a reliable brand and offers its customers great value for money; therefore, it will continue to operate in the market independently of the Gharieni Group even after acquisition.

Bentlon’s beauty and pedicure chairs and furniture are all made in the Netherlands. So in addition to the ‘Made in Germany’ factory in Moers, the Gharieni Group now also has a ‘Made in The Netherlands’ factory in Weert.”

Arpentus guides Euro-Rijn Group in acquisition of Danser Group.

Euro-Rijn Group, based in Moerdijk, was already a leading logistics service provider with a turnover of over 200 million. In a professional cooperation, Arpentus has supported the management of Euro-Rijn Group with the acquisition of the Sliedrecht-based Danser Group.

With an annual turnover of over 70 million, Danser Group is one of the largest players in container transport in Europe.

Danser Group’s fleet includes eight of its own inland waterway vessels (four under the Dutch flag and four under the Swiss flag) which can form four tying links with each other. In addition, Danser Group has at its disposal a fleet of about 70 charter vessels.

Its services form a strategically important complement to the services of Euro-Rijn Global Logistics, the holding company under which the group’s logistics activities fall. A strategic move of Euro-Rijn that marks a next step to further strengthen its position in the inland shipping sector. With this acquisition of Danser Group, the annual turnover of Euro-Rijn Group grows to the level of almost 300 million.

Noteworthy part of the transaction is that the former shareholders of Danser are returning to the company’s daily management team. Now that they are also co-shareholders again, they will jointly put their weight behind the company and the expansion of the strategic cooperation with Euro-Rhine Group.
